Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to be based in KL. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, commercial drive, and a passion for building client relationships in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and target accounts within the APAC region
  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, events).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with our client target client profile.
  • Schedule meetings and product/service demos for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of pitch materials and sales presentations.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with strong drive may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
