Business Development Manager Philippines (Manufacturing and Construction)

Our client is a new consulting and trading firm registered in Malaysia since early 2022. They offer you professional and independent one-stop-solution services.

They are providing consulting services to help companies to set up or expand in South East Asia Markets: Market studies, Business Development, identify partners supplies, identify investment opportunities, facilitate M&A, provide insights on the good understanding of the local markets etc..

Industries targeted are mainly manufacturing, Construction, Hospitality but can be also diversified within Semiconductors, education, sports, healthcare.

Mission description

• Contribute to the growth of our client business by promoting its key solutions:
• Presentations and meetings with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, etc.
• Your main target is the manufacturing, construction and hospitality sector and in the Philippines
• You will use your own network, Our client network and LinkedIN to meet prospects and generate leads.

KPIs

• Sales income generated for the company (quarterly target to be discussed);
• 10 meetings per week (online/offline);
• Weekly Internal reporting;
• General behavior and attitude (clients and Directors feedbacks)

Requirements

• Citizenship: Philippines citizens only
• Key experience: knowledge about the manufacturing segment and hospitality, existing network of architects, designers, consultants, factories, hotels
• Language skills: a fluent English and Tagalog level is required,
• Academic level: Bachelor's or Masters from a Philippines or International university
• Computer skills: advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel comfortable in searching data on the Internet and sending emails via Outlook or equivalent comfortable with video calls on Zoom, Teams, GoogleMeet, etc.
• Other skills: good communication skills, friendly person motivated, hard working, open minded, autonomous, willing to learn able to drive around Manila region with own car
