Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
- Develop and grow business across APAC by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts

Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly

Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and manage deal profitability
Partner Network Management

Build and manage a network of regional agents and distributors

Implement commercial strategies aligned with global goals
Planning & Intelligence

Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting

Gather market insights and share feedback with HQ
Cross-functional Collaboration

Liaise with engineering, sales support, and marketing teams

Support product development through customer feedback
Requirements:

Degree in engineering or relevant technical field
- minimum 4 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development across APAC

Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Comfortable with frequent regional travel
