Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Development

  • Develop and grow business across APAC by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing accounts
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly

  • Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and manage deal profitability

Partner Network Management

  • Build and manage a network of regional agents and distributors

  • Implement commercial strategies aligned with global goals

Planning & Intelligence

  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting

  • Gather market insights and share feedback with HQ

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with engineering, sales support, and marketing teams

  • Support product development through customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or relevant technical field

  • minimum 4 years of experience in B2B technical sales or business development across APAC
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel
