We are looking for a new person to be part of our client ever-growing team in the area of Custom Install for APAC.

As Regional Business Development Lead at DALI you will be an important part of establishing and growing the DALI brand in the Asia Pacific region. You will help organize, execute and support sales and marketing activations across APAC and be at the heart of the team supporting and growing the business.

Your tasks will include:

  • New Acquisition and expansion of existing customers relationship.
  • Advice and sales in the field and in the office.
  • Solutions-oriented idea development of upcoming projects.
  • Product testing and creation of configuration examples.
  • Technical Support for past and future projects.
  • Active participation in the further development of product and services for the Regional Markets.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Develop a training module of high-end selling strategy.
  • Develop training modules on High-quality sound-based solution for both residential and commercial business for the region.
  • Work and train Interior Designers, Architects and installers on high quality sound installations concept development.

Success criteria:

  • Good Understanding on how sound works in different environment.
  • Have knowledge in the IOT technology Bluetooth, WiFi etc.
  • Basic Knowledge of Smart Technology
  • Able to design Multi-room systems for home and Commercial setup.
  • Strong Service Orientation with strong communication skills.
  • Good written and spoken skills. Chinese will be a strong added benefit.
  • Hands on mentality.

Qualifications:

  • You likely have a degree in marketing, communications, business administration or equivalent demonstrable experience from relevant field.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • You are highly organized and pay close attention to details.
  • You thrive on building relationships and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

You will have a big influence on your daily work and strong influence on DALIs APAC initiatives and will join a team of passionate Hi-Fi enthusiasts dedicated to growing the DALI brand in APAC.

You will report to the DALI APAC Director as well as be part of a global organization with a global leader in the Hi-Fi industry.
