The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers.
Responsibilities
- Understand and refine AOne offerings for education, academy and learning centres.
- To generate leads, meetings and focus on meeting company sales goals.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new, potential and existing clients.
- Provide the necessary customer support service to clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Research, identify and develop local sales markets
- Contribute towards the company's vision as software for learning centres across Southeast Asia countries
Qualifications - Hustle & aggressive sales personality
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach and be a strong sales leader, persuader and influence
- Comfort in a fast-paced and start-up environment
- Quick to grasp technical concepts and information
- Strong resilience to handle rejections and challenges
- Previous experience and success in winning SME businesses is a plus
- Relevant experience in strategy, sales or marketing in education or SAAS
industry is a plus
