By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and refine AOne offerings for education, academy and learning centres.
  • To generate leads, meetings and focus on meeting company sales goals.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new, potential and existing clients.
  • Provide the necessary customer support service to clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Research, identify and develop local sales markets
  • Contribute towards the company's vision as software for learning centres across Southeast Asia countries

    Qualifications
  • Hustle & aggressive sales personality
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach and be a strong sales leader, persuader and influence
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and start-up environment
  • Quick to grasp technical concepts and information
  • Strong resilience to handle rejections and challenges
  • Previous experience and success in winning SME businesses is a plus
  • Relevant experience in strategy, sales or marketing in education or SAAS
    industry is a plus
