Sales Specialist - Thai & English Speaking

Our client is a fast-growing Edutech regional startup searching for flexible go-getters. We are specifically looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative who will roll up their sleeves to deliver 5-star customer experience to our clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand and refine AOne offerings for education, academy and learning centres in Thailand to achieve product-market-fit.
• To generate leads, meetings and focus on companys sales and business development goals and milestones.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new, potential, and existing clients.
• Provide the necessary customer support service to clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Assist in translation & proofreading in Thai language for other team, ie. marketing, customer support, product, whenever is necessary.
• Research, identify and develop local sales markets in Thailand.
• Align towards the company's vision as SaaS for learning centres across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Hustle & aggressive sales personality
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach and be a strong sales leader, persuader, and influence.
• Communicates effectively on the phone.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Quick to grasp technical concepts and information.
• Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and
  communication may be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in strategy, sales, or marketing in education or the SAAS industry is a plus.
• Uses phone etiquette best practice and computer literacy skills.
• Good time management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Education:  A high school diploma in marketing, business, sales, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience is preferred.
• Preferably can speak fluent English and Thai.
