As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations, managing client communications through our platform, and ensuring the seamless functioning of their software systems. 

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will assist in managing their green last mile delivery operations, handle platform communication with clients, and support the operation of our software systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Order Management and Dispatch Coordination:

  • Manage order confirmations and ensure all orders are processed correctly in the system.
  • Oversee dispatch operations to ensure all deliveries are planned and executed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate dispatching of parcels.

Client Communication and Support:

  • Handle platform communication with clients, ensuring timely and accurate updates regarding their deliveries.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the client service team to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Software Management and Operations Support:

  • Assist in managing and troubleshooting our logistics software, ensuring all functions such as order confirmation, dispatch tracking, and route planning are working smoothly.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of software updates and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to resolve any software-related issues impacting operations.


Additional Duties:

  • Carry out any other related duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

To excel in this role, you should have:

Proficiency in Technology: Comfortable utilizing phone applications and other technological tools to enhance work efficiency. Experience with logistics software and platforms is a plus.

Logistics Experience: Demonstrated experience in logistics is a plus.

Effective Team Player with Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate within a team, communicate clearly, and promote a positive work environment.
Strong client communication skills to handle inquiries and provide updates efficiently.
