Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a versatile and proactive Office Administrator & Talent Sourcing Coordinator to support both our operational activities and recruitment projects.

The Role

This hybrid position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office while actively contributing to recruitment delivery. You will work closely with the leadership team and gain strong exposure to executive search methodologies in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Operations

  • Manage invoicing processes and coordinate accounting documentation with external partners
  • Handle administrative matters with government bodies, banks, and the company secretary
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and internal documentation
  • Support office organization and continuously improve administrative workflows
  • Assist leadership with reporting and operational follow-ups

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

  • Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Conduct first-level phone screenings to assess motivation, communication skills, and initial fit
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates across multiple time zones
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain engagement throughout the process
  • Update and manage the internal candidate database and recruitment trackers

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in administration, HR coordination, recruitment support, or similar roles
  • Energetic personality with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow and succeed
  • Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable thinking outside the box with a strong can-do attitude
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and confident when interacting with candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools
  • Fluent in English;
