About the job QA QC Engineer (Manufacturing)

The QA/QC Engineer will play a key role in supporting the growth of our client, ensuring the highest quality standards from project prospection to equipment delivery. The main goal is to guarantee client satisfaction through excellence in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

️ Key Responsibilities
Quality Management

Create and manage quality documentation (ITP, WPS, PQP, FAT checklists, material certificates, etc.).

Conduct internal quality checks with production teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Manage receiving inspections for incoming parts, raw materials, and equipment.

Oversee Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and curative actions.

Continuously develop and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Develop and implement safety procedures in the workshop and office.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Project Involvement

Participate in Kick-Off Meetings with clients when required.

Collaborate with the production and project teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery.

Occasionally travel to France or other countries for short technical missions.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA/QC or Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and industrial manufacturing processes.

Proven ability to develop and manage quality documentation (ITP, WPS, PQP, FAT, etc.).

Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards is a plus.
