Kitchen Crew (Cook)

Job description:

• Responsible for providing functional assistance to operations during peak periods and functions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• To operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station and trash compactor.
• Do inventory for ingredients and make food orders as instructed by the main or assistant chef
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, table, tools, knives and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Education qualification at least SPM
• Fresh Graduate or no experience
• Willing to learn and training provided
