About the job Front Office Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
- Greetings guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Conflict resolution experience
- Patience and good listening skills.
- At least one (1) year of experience as Guest Service Agent / Front Office Associate
Working Hours:
- 7.00AM-3.00PM
- 3.00PM-11.00PM
- 11.00PM-7.00AM
