Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for IT-related issues.
  • Log, manage, and update tickets in the service desk system.
  • Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Troubleshoot user account, email, login, and access-related issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams following defined processes.
  • Support user account management in Azure AD (Entra ID).
  • Assist with password resets, group assignments, and role-based access.
  • Support basic device enrollment and compliance checks in Intune.
  • Assist with endpoint policy troubleshooting under guidance.
  • Monitor basic alerts and escalate when required.


Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in IT support / service desk.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiar with ticketing systems and IT support workflows.
  • Exposure to: Microsoft Azure (especially Azure AD / Entra ID), Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance, policies – basic level).
  • Basic understanding of endpoint management concepts.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on exposure to Azure AD or Intune preferred.
  • Experience in managed services environment is an advantage.
