About the job Modern Workplace Support Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for IT-related issues.
- Log, manage, and update tickets in the service desk system.
- Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Troubleshoot user account, email, login, and access-related issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams following defined processes.
- Support user account management in Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Assist with password resets, group assignments, and role-based access.
- Support basic device enrollment and compliance checks in Intune.
- Assist with endpoint policy troubleshooting under guidance.
- Monitor basic alerts and escalate when required.
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years in IT support / service desk.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiar with ticketing systems and IT support workflows.
- Exposure to: Microsoft Azure (especially Azure AD / Entra ID), Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance, policies – basic level).
- Basic understanding of endpoint management concepts.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Hands-on exposure to Azure AD or Intune preferred.
- Experience in managed services environment is an advantage.
