About the job Cloud Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and implement enterprise OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions that are scalable, secure, and reusable across multiple business domains and document types.

Develop and maintain Azure-based OCR platforms using Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer), Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, Data Factory, App Services, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.

Integrate OCR solutions with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, SAP, SharePoint, and business workflow systems.

Develop and manage REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and automated document processing pipelines.

Establish data validation, quality control, exception handling, and document processing frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Ensure OCR platforms comply with enterprise security, data governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Implement security controls including RBAC, encryption, secret management, and audit logging.

Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical discussions for OCR initiatives.

Manage production OCR environments, monitor platform performance, accuracy, availability, and throughput, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Develop operational runbooks, support procedures, SLA monitoring, and disaster recovery plans.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud Engineering or Solution Engineering.

Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise OCR or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer) and Azure Cognitive Services.

Good experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Data Factory, App Services, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and automated data/document processing workflows.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud architectures.

Strong understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, data protection, and compliance requirements.

Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and business domains.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design activities.
