DevOps Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of AWS cloud infrastructure, with training provided on AWS services and best practices.
• Assist in building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD automation pipelines to support efficient and reliable application deployments.
  
• Implement and support system monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure infrastructure health and performance..
• Support access control management to ensure secure and appropriate access to systems and resources.
  
• Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams in a cross-functional environment, sharing knowledge and learning from experienced team members.
  
• Identify, analyze, and assist in resolving performance and stability issues while learning best practices for resource optimization.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or related technical role, with a strong motivation to learn new tools and technologies.
• Knowledge or hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS and GCP.
• Exposure to software architecture concepts and system design principles is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and software security best practices, including secure configurations, access control, and vulnerability management, is a plus point.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and/or Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team while actively developing new technical skills.
