Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and project governance.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC, PDLC, and ITIL processes where applicable.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and drive timely decision-making.
  • Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and project prioritization initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and SDLC.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Prince2, CSM, or other Project Management certifications are an added advantage.
