About the job Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and project governance.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, and change requests.
- Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, SDLC, PDLC, and ITIL processes where applicable.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and drive timely decision-making.
- Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and project prioritization initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or relevant field.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Prince2, CSM, or other Project Management certifications are an added advantage.
