Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams, including team leads, developers, and testers, to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage team resources and manpower, balancing workloads to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timelines are properly documented, monitored, and adhered to, including quarterly progress assessments.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between Business Users, UI/UX teams, and Development/Implementation teams.
  • Support the preparation and review of key project documentation such as SRS, FSD (including wireframes), user manuals, and functional test cases.
  • Present project options, risks, and recommendations clearly and confidently to stakeholders and management. 
  • Ensure transparency and alignment through consistent communication with team members, management, and clients across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
    
    

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in IT industry; experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficient with Jira, Asana, and other project tracking and collaboration tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and innovative, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
