Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and general office tasks.
  • Maintain organized records, including student and staff name lists, attendance, and related data.
  • Manage school communication channels, including WhatsApp groups for parents and staff.
  • Represent the school professionally when interacting with parents, students, and external parties.
  • Support and coordinate logistics for school events, including parent communications.
  • Act as the main point of contact connecting parents, students, and teachers.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-ups between parents, students, and teachers.
  • Assist in resolving administrative or operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the planning and execution of school events involving parents, students, and staff.
  • Coordinate resources and logistics to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Act as a point of contact and represent the school during events.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to maintain records, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
  • Prepare and update lists, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements: 

  • SPM or higher qualification.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive and well-organized.
  • Demonstrates operational excellence in daily tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
