About the job Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and general office tasks.
- Maintain organized records, including student and staff name lists, attendance, and related data.
- Manage school communication channels, including WhatsApp groups for parents and staff.
- Represent the school professionally when interacting with parents, students, and external parties.
- Support and coordinate logistics for school events, including parent communications.
- Act as the main point of contact connecting parents, students, and teachers.
- Facilitate communication and follow-ups between parents, students, and teachers.
- Assist in resolving administrative or operational issues in a timely manner.
- Support the planning and execution of school events involving parents, students, and staff.
- Coordinate resources and logistics to ensure smooth event operations.
- Act as a point of contact and represent the school during events.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to maintain records, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
- Prepare and update lists, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- SPM or higher qualification.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive and well-organized.
- Demonstrates operational excellence in daily tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
