Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Delivery Manager in tracking daily team activities and deliverables
- Monitor and ensure team compliance with SOPs and internal workflows
- Maintain and update documentation related to operational processes and service delivery
- Coordinate team scheduling, leave planning, and task handovers
- Prepare internal reports and summaries on task progress and process adherence
- Follow up with team members on assigned responsibilities and send timely reminders
- Act as the teams primary contact for administrative and non-technical coordination matters
- Assist in organizing internal briefings, follow-ups, and managing escalations as needed


Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or operations
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and confident communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
