Lead/ Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel, Livewire, and Node.js
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Manage database operations using MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality
- Apply security best practices to safeguard applications and user data
- Provide technical solutioning support based on project requirements and challenges
- Lead and mentor the development team, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges
- Facilitate collaboration between developers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on experience with Laravel, Livewire, Node.js, and RESTFul APIs
- Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Familiar with performance optimization and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Proactive in identifying improvements and implementing solutions
- Maintain documentation for code, processes, and project specifications
