Lead Solution Architect/ Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Design detailed and comprehensive technical solutions that meet diverse client requirements
  
• Ensure solutions align with clients business strategies and adhere to technology standards
  
• Lead the implementation process and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  
• Work across various platforms such as cloud services, web technologies, and mobile applications
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding development progress, costs, and budgets
  
• Assess constraints and provide alternative solutions to mitigate risks
  
• Continuously optimize systems for scalability, performance, and security
  
• Supervise and guide development teams to ensure effective collaboration
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative client solutions
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  
• Strong proficiency in Python, PHP, Java, and web development stacks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, LAMP)
  
• Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and digital platforms
  
• Experience in data engineering and/or AI solutioning is a strong plus
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving project success
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
  
• Client-focused with a collaborative approach to delivering customized solutions is a plus
  
• An advantage if versatile and adaptive to evolving technologies, ensuring future-ready implementations
