Lead Solution Architect/ Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities:
- Design detailed and comprehensive technical solutions that meet diverse client requirements
- Ensure solutions align with clients business strategies and adhere to technology standards
- Lead the implementation process and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Work across various platforms such as cloud services, web technologies, and mobile applications
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding development progress, costs, and budgets
- Assess constraints and provide alternative solutions to mitigate risks
- Continuously optimize systems for scalability, performance, and security
- Supervise and guide development teams to ensure effective collaboration
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative client solutions


Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, PHP, Java, and web development stacks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, LAMP)
- Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and digital platforms
- Experience in data engineering and/or AI solutioning is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring teams and driving project success
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Client-focused with a collaborative approach to delivering customized solutions is a plus
- An advantage if versatile and adaptive to evolving technologies, ensuring future-ready implementations
