About the job International Advertising Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage international advertising campaigns across various digital platforms
- Handle paid traffic operations and optimize campaign performance through data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with cross-border teams and clients to align on marketing goals, strategies, and execution
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets, with a focus on performance, ROI, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct A/B testing and apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance campaign results
- Analyze campaign data to extract insights, identify trends, and present actionable recommendations
- Stay up to date with global advertising trends and platform updates to maintain competitive campaign strategies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, International Business, Media, Advertising, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1-2+ years of experience in international advertising or operations of overseas internet products
- Hands-on experience with mainstream advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing high-budget advertising campaigns (millions-level RMB/USD) is a plus
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods, CRO techniques, and advertising data analysis tools
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with overseas teams and clients
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and execution ability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments
