Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand business processes, and perform process identification, definition, and mapping.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams.
  • Define and develop acceptance criteria to ensure quality and readiness of application releases.
  • Work closely with project teams to plan, develop, and refine features for upcoming sprints and releases.
  • Ensure all user stories meet the Definition of Ready before development begins.
  • Maintain and manage a prioritized product backlog of features and user stories.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and QA to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively to align business objectives with IT solutions.
  • Support application delivery and maintenance in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and IT SDLC processes.
  • Assist in resolving complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or delivering IT applications.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and business process analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based environments.
  • Ability to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing and communicating across different levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in project management or leading initiatives is an added advantage.
