Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Director's expenses, collections, and coordinate with Finance for timely submission.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, agreements, and sensitive documents.
  • Prepare reports, official letters, presentations, and meeting minutes accurately.
  • Use Microsoft Word to create documents and meeting minutes, and Excel to maintain tracking records and manage data.
  • Coordinate international student programmes, including summer camps and exchange programmes.
  • Arrange and manage student accommodation, airport transfers, meals, and orientation schedules.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide timely support and guidance to international students during transitions.
  • Plan and organize Director's local and overseas travel, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinate ground transportation, local logistics, and schedules during trips.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and school-related activities.
  • Manage Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules; prioritize tasks and urgent actions.
  • Support academic documentation, including meeting minutes and tracking action items during peak periods.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Director.




Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation, meeting minutes, and data tracking.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
