About the job Product Owner
Job Responsibilities:
- Support testing and dry-run activities by addressing requirement gaps and clarifications.

Review, validate, and accept or reject project requirements.

Work with Technical Leads (TLs) to identify and resolve solution gaps.

Support change request (CR) reviews and approvals when required.

Participate in workshops and war-room sessions to provide insights on platform behavior.

Gather, groom, and refine requirements for approved CRs and new platform development.

Support TLs in solution design and technical grooming by providing functional inputs.

Manage the overall development cycle, including coordination of development and testing activities.

Collaborate with TLs to break down development tasks effectively.

Ensure development activities align with project timelines and milestones.

Prepare and review test cases for in-scope and out-of-scope UAT activities.

Conduct testing when required, including final UI testing.

Ensure dry runs and mock runs are executed smoothly.

Support deployment planning and execution activities.

Assist TLs with environment strategy and alignment across parallel and interim phases, and attend project briefings as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in project-based / platform environments.
- Strong experience in requirements assessment, validation, and clarification, including accepting or rejecting project requirements.
- Proven experience supporting testing, dry runs, mock runs, and UAT activities, including test case preparation and execution.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile / Waterfall project delivery, and change request (CR) management.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, grooming, and backlog management.
- Ability to work closely with Tech Leads and development teams on solutioning, technical grooming, and task breakdown.
- Experience managing development cycles, timelines, and dependencies across parallel workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of deployment planning and environment coordination (e.g. development, testing, UAT, production).
- Experience supporting environment strategy and alignment across multiple platforms and interim phases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially in addressing requirement and solution gaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully on-site project team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
