About the job Associate Modern Workplace Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Log, track, and manage tickets via the service desk system.
  • Provide basic support for: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint – basic level).
  • User access and account issues.
  • Basic device troubleshooting (Windows laptops/desktops).
  • Follow defined escalation procedures to L2/L3 teams.
  • Update ticket status and ensure proper documentation.
  • Communicate clearly with users on progress and resolution.
  • Support daily operational IT tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge or academic exposure to Microsoft 365.
  • Familiar with basic IT support concepts.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in IT support and cloud technologies.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and escalation workflows.
  • Fresh graduates with IT-related background are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or service desk exposure is an advantage.
