Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution.
• Translate business requirements and technical concepts into clear documentation, workflows, and specifications.
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, and Confluence for project planning, coordination, and basic wireframing.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) to enhance productivity, documentation quality, and workflow efficiency.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback, track issues, and provide clear and structured progress updates.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience; experience in Fintech or blockchain is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Web3 concepts, including wallets, tokens, and smart contracts.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up discipline.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, or Trello.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to improve work efficiency and output quality.
