Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Node.js, React (TypeScript), Next.js, and NestJS.
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices following API-first and event-driven architecture principles.
  
• Build cloud-native applications and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments on Azure.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while adhering to SDLC, coding standards, and best practices.
  
• Implement unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure application quality, performance, and reliability.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
  
• Support production issues, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React (TypeScript), Next.js, and preferably NestJS.
  
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
  
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Git/GitHub, and Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge of secure application development and software engineering best practices.
  
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
