About the job Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a project assigned, from planning and design to execution, testing, deployment, and post implementation support.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with IT, Security and Business Users to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure the solution aligns with regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure smooth integration with all impacted systems.
  • Manage change management activities, including communication, training, and updates to operational procedures.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to customer and agent servicing throughout implementation.
  • Delivery of project milestones according to the approved timeline, with minimal delays.
  • Implementation with no major defects or critical issues during testing and post deployment.
  • Budget adherence, ensuring the project remains within approved financial limits.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of project reporting, risk management, and communication updates.
    

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services, payment processing, or billing systems.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large scale technology or transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams, including technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
  • Experience working with vendor solutions for tokenization or payment security is preferred.
