Job Responsibilities:
A) Budgeting and Forecasting

- Develop the annual budget, maintain rolling forecasts to reflect business performance.
- Design and develop financial models to support business strategies and decision making processes and perform scenario analyses to assess the potential risk and opportunities
- Analyze financial results against forecast and budget to highlight trends and underlying drivers and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance and support decision-making.
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators.
- Customer and product profitability analysis for management reporting purpose.
- Responsible for accurately forecasting the companys cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity, managing working capital, and optimize cash management.
B) Reporting and Controls

- Perform period-end closing, and coordinate with Group finance team to ensure timely submission of reporting packs.
- Fulfil reporting requirements for Group Finance while ensuring compliance with and enforcement of Group policies, including Reporting, Tax, and Treasury.
- Oversee and coordinate all audit and tax activities, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing necessary documentation, liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
- Manage the preparation of tax and deferred taxation for local reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate filling of all statutory taxes (Corporate, WHT, SST et).
- Strengthen internal controls and support corporate governance.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and slides for management and Board meetings.
C) Leadership

- Lead and develop Finance team with focus on efficiency and accuracy, driving performance, capability building and fostering a high performing culture.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Finance, with exposure to FP&A, Performance
Management, and/or Financial Reporting.
- Ability to work independently and strong team player.
- Possess drive, initiative and work commitment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
