Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CNC machining and secondary manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of CNC machines, tooling, fixtures and production equipment.
  • Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  • Work closely with Production, Quality and other departments to improve productivity and manufacturing performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and engineering standards.
  • Manage departmental resources, budgets and engineering priorities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline. Candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in CNC machining, with proven engineering management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, CAD/CAM and CNC programming.
  • Good understanding of GD&T, metrology, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a precision manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Good command of English. Ability to communicate in Thai will be an added advantage.
