Job Summary:
Our Client, a well-established Bank in Malaysia is seeking a Company Secretary for the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate secretarial work for the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in carrying out corporate secretarial functions.

Act as Company Secretary for the bank and it's related entities.
- Serve as secretariat for Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCO) meetings.
- Submit statutory forms to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM)
- Fulfill submission requirements under Bank Negara Malaysia's Corporate Governance policy.
- Maintain all statutory and secretarial records for the Bank and Company.
- Attend Board and Board Committees meetings
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, compile and distribute meeting papers
- Document and follow up on matters arising
Qualifications & Skills:
- Tertiary education in related field (ICSA/Corporate Administration) or similar discipline.
- Member of MAICSA or relevant professional bodies or license secretary by Companies Commission of Malaysia.
- Detailed oriented with good writing skills.
