  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, while maintaining high standards in execution and communication.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management, preferably in consulting, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to work with data, identify trends, and draw insights to support business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across time zones; experience in virtual collaboration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
