Agents Only Technology is an AI-driven CX and Data Annotation platform connecting modern brands with a global network of over 20,000 Gig Professionals. We help companies scale customer support intelligently through Star Rating, workforce management tools, and on-demand talent technology.

As we grow our engineering team, we are looking for a Software Engineer who wants to build scalable systems that directly power real-world CX operations for global clients.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, test, and ship software applications and internal systems

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with long-term scalability in mind

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, and product teams on development initiatives

  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, supporting continuous system improvement

  • Participate in code reviews and uphold development best practices

  • Build and support API integrations, backend services, and application functionality

  • Drive system performance improvements and scalability across the platform

  • Own and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation

  • Support deployment activities and contribute to ongoing platform maintenance


What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience in software development or engineering

  • Proficiency in at least one language: Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, Go, or equivalent

  • Solid understanding of software development principles and modern workflows

  • Working knowledge of databases, APIs, and web-based applications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a distributed team

  • Clear communicator with strong organizational habits

  • Reliable setup for remote work

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with frontend or backend frameworks

  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Proficiency with Git or version control workflows

  • Background in agile development environments

  • Experience supporting production-level or high-scale systems
