PROJECT MANAGER - M/F

Reporting Line

• Project Manager (M/F) will report directly to the Founder / Managing Partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGER - M/F

• Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, operations, and post-event review
• Manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and procurement processes
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth communication
• Liaise with international partners, local authorities, and suppliers
• Oversee logistics, safety, compliance, and operational workflows
• Produce progress reports, schedules, and documentation for management
• Ensure the event meets all required standards and deadlines
• Support recruitment and management of local operational teams
• Oversee on-site operations during the event

LOCATION

• Johannesburg, South Africa

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of project management or event management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple stakeholders
• Experience in large-scale events, sports, construction, or operations (preferred)
• Comfortable working with tight deadlines and fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
• Ability to work on-site in Johannesburg as required
