Agius & Partners is currently hiring Senior Private Bankers on behalf of several prestigious global and boutique private banks expanding their UHNW presence in New York City. These are ongoing strategic mandates for experienced bankers with established UHNW client relationships seeking a top-tier platform to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Source, onboard, and advise Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients
  • Serve as the lead relationship manager, offering tailored financial and investment solutions across asset classes.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with UHNW individuals, families, and family offices.
  • Coordinate with in-house experts in investments, credit, trust, and estate planning to deliver fully integrated wealth strategies.

Advisory & Strategic Planning

  • Provide clients with comprehensive portfolio management, credit structuring, and intergenerational wealth solutions.
  • Stay abreast of global market developments to provide proactive investment and advisory insights.
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in UHNW private banking, wealth management, or family office advisory.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing a portfolio of UHNW clients, ideally with portable client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, credit facilities, estate planning, and tax optimization.
  • Well-established network within the New York and East Coast UHNW community.
  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or certifications (CFA, CFP, MBA) strongly preferred.
