Terms and Conditions for Applicants

Welcome to Agjension Punesimi ne USA ("the Agency")! By submitting an application, you (the "Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility Requirements

English: To submit an application, you must meet the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You provide accurate and truthful information in your application.

Albanian: Për të paraqitur një aplikim, ju duhet të plotësoni kriteret e mëposhtme:

• Të jeni të paktën 18 vjeç.
• Të jepni informacion të saktë dhe të vërtetë në aplikimin tuaj.

2. Use of Personal Information

English: By submitting an application, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information by the Agency. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of recruiting and job placement. The Agency will adhere to all applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you are unsure about how your data is being used or need clarification, please contact us via our social media channels.

Albanian: Duke paraqitur një aplikim, ju jepni pëlqimin për mbledhjen, ruajtjen dhe përpunimin e informacionit tuaj personal nga Agjensia. Informacioni juaj do të përdoret vetëm për qëllime rekrutimi dhe vendosjeje pune. Agjensia do të respektojë të gjitha ligjet e mbrojtjes së të dhënave dhe privatësisë. Nëse nuk jeni të sigurt se si përdoret informacioni juaj ose keni nevojë për shpjegime, ju lutemi na kontaktoni përmes kanaleve tona sociale.

4. Applicant’s Responsibilities

English:

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide complete and truthful information throughout the application process. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification or termination of your candidacy.
• Notification of Changes: You are responsible for notifying the Agency of any changes to the information provided in your application, including but not limited to your contact details, employment status, or qualifications.

• Saktësia e Informacionit: Ju pranoni të jepni informacion të plotë dhe të saktë gjatë gjithë procesit të aplikimit. Çdo informacion të rremë ose mashtrues mund të çojë në përjashtimin ose ndërprerjen e kandidaturës suaj.
• Njoftimi për Ndryshimet: Ju jeni përgjegjës për t’i njoftuar Agjensisë për çdo ndryshim në informacionin e dhënë në aplikimin tuaj, përfshirë por jo kufizuar në të dhënat tuaja të kontaktit, statusin e punësimit ose kualifikimet.

5. Agency’s Role

English:

• The Agency acts as a recruiter to match qualified candidates with employers. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment. The Agency makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of your application or the suitability of any job opportunity.
• If you are placed with an employer, you will start working at the employer’s location, but this placement will be temporary. Both the applicant and the employer will sign a document confirming this arrangement.
• After 6 months of employment, the employer will assess your performance. If the employer determines that you are a good fit and have been performing well, the employment relationship will shift, and you will become the employer's permanent employee. After this point, the Agency will no longer be involved in your employment relationship.

• Agjensia vepron si një rekrutues për të lidhur kandidatët e kualifikuar me punëdhënësit. Parashtrimi i një aplikimi nuk garanton punësim. Agjensia nuk jep asnjë garanci ose premtim për rezultatin e aplikimit tuaj ose përshtatshmërinë e mundësive të punës.
• Nëse ju vendoseni me një punëdhënës, do të filloni punën në vendin e punëdhënësit, por ky vendim do të jetë i përkohshëm. Si aplikanti ashtu edhe punëdhënësi do të nënshkruajnë një dokument që konfirmon këtë marrëveshje.
• Pas 6 muajsh punë, punëdhënësi do të vlerësojë performancën tuaj. Nëse punëdhënësi përcakton se jeni një person i përshtatshëm dhe keni qenë duke performuar mirë, marrëdhënia e punës do të kalojë, dhe do të bëheni punonjësi i punëdhënësit. Pas këtij momenti, Agjensia nuk do të jetë më pjesë e marrëdhënies suaj të punës.

6. Confidentiality

English: All information submitted by you in your application will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate your placement with an employer.

Albanian: Të gjitha informacionet e paraqitura nga ju në aplikimin tuaj do të mbeten konfidenciale dhe nuk do të zbulohen përpalë të treta pa pëlqimin tuaj, përveç nëse kërkohet nga ligji ose për të mundësuar vendosjen tuaj me një punëdhënës.

7. Dispute Resolution

English:
In the event of a dispute between you and the Agency, you agree to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable solution without resorting to legal or formal processes.

Në rast se ka një mosmarrëveshje mes jush dhe Agjensisë, ju pranoni ta zgjidhni çështjen përmes negociatave me mirëbesim. Të dyja palët do të bëjnë përpjekje të arsyeshme për të arritur një zgjidhje miqësore pa iu drejtuar proceseve ligjore ose formale.


8. Modifications to Terms

English: The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Applicants will be notified of any material changes to these terms, and continued submission of applications after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Albanian: Agjensia rezervon të drejtën të modifikojë këto Kushte dhe Rregulla në çdo kohë. Aplikantët do të njoftohen për çdo ndryshim të rëndësishëm në këto kushte, dhe vazhdimi i paraqitjes së aplikimeve pas këtyre ndryshimeve do të konsiderohet si pranimi i kushteve të modifikuara.

9. Termination of Application

English: The Agency reserves the right to withdraw or terminate an application at any time if the terms are violated or if the Applicant no longer meets the eligibility requirements.

Albanian: Agjensia rezervon të drejtën të tërheqë ose ndërpresë një aplikim në çdo kohë nëse shkelin kushtet ose nëse Aplikanti nuk plotëson më kërkesat e kualifikimit.

10. Limitation of Liability

English: The Agency is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential damages, arising out of your use of the application process or any job placement that results.

Albanian: Agjensia nuk është përgjegjëse për asnjë dëmtim, përfshirë por jo kufizuar në dëme indirekte, speciale ose pasuese, që mund të lindin nga përdorimi i procesit të aplikimit ose çdo vendosje pune që rezulton.
