Terms and Conditions for Referrals
Effective Date: January 7, 2025
Welcome to Agjension Punesimi ne USA ("the Agency")! By participating in the referral process, you (the "Referrer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility Requirements
English:
- To participate in the referral program, you must provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and the referred candidate.
- Both you and the referred candidate must meet the Agency's criteria for participation.

- Për të marrë pjesë në programin e referimit, ju duhet të jepni informacion të saktë dhe të vërtetë për veten tuaj dhe kandidatin e referuar.
- Të dy, ju dhe kandidati i referuar, duhet të plotësoni kriteret e Agjensisë për pjesëmarrje.
2. Referral Rewards
English:
- Rewards for referrals will be issued only if the referred candidate successfully completes the recruitment process and meets all the terms specified by the Agency.
- The Agency reserves the right to adjust or withhold rewards if the referred candidate fails to meet the specified conditions.

- Shpërblimet për referimet do të jepen vetëm nëse kandidati i referuar përfundon me sukses procesin e rekrutimit dhe plotëson të gjitha kushtet e përcaktuara nga Agjensia.
- Agjensia rezervon të drejtën për të rregulluar ose pezulluar shpërblimet nëse kandidati i referuar nuk plotëson kushtet e përcaktuara.
3. Confidentiality
English:
- All information regarding the referred candidate must be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of the referral program.

- Të gjitha informacionet në lidhje me kandidatin e referuar duhet të trajtohen si konfidenciale dhe të përdoren vetëm për qëllimin e programit të referimit.
4. Agency’s Role
English:
- The Agency acts as a facilitator between the Referrer, referred candidate, and potential employers. The Agency does not guarantee employment or referral rewards in every case.

- Agjensia vepron si ndërmjetëse midis Referuesit, kandidatit të referuar dhe punëdhënësve të mundshëm. Agjensia nuk garanton punësim ose shpërblime për referim në çdo rast.
5. Dispute Resolution
English:
In the event of a dispute between you and the Agency, you agree to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiation. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable solution without resorting to legal or formal processes.

Në rast se ka një mosmarrëveshje mes jush dhe Agjensisë, ju pranoni ta zgjidhni çështjen përmes negociatave me mirëbesim. Të dyja palët do të bëjnë përpjekje të arsyeshme për të arritur një zgjidhje miqësore pa iu drejtuar proceseve ligjore ose formale.
6. Modifications to Terms
English:
The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Referrers will be notified of any material changes, and continued participation in the referral program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Agjensia rezervon të drejtën për të modifikuar këto Kushtet dhe Termat në çdo kohë. Referuesit do të njoftohen për çdo ndryshim të rëndësishëm, dhe vazhdimi i pjesëmarrjes në programin e referimit pas këtyre ndryshimeve përbën pranimin e kushteve të modifikuara.
