    -Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, REST/JSON/SQL, data models, connectors, authentication profiles, RBAC/ABAC security, Tracer, PDC, logs, performance tuning, CI/CD, branching, deployment, and Pega Deployment Manager

Job description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, configure, and support scalable Pega Platform solutions using App Studio and Dev Studio, including case management, workflows, UI components, and decisioning logic
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical designs aligned with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards
  • Apply architecture best practices such as class hierarchy, rule resolution, and modular design to ensure scalability and reuse
  • Implement and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP, along with handling data models, connectors, and authentication profiles
  • Configure application security using RBAC and ABAC models and ensure compliance with data protection policies
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using Tracer, PDC, and logs while optimizing applications for performance and stability
  • Contribute to DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and deployments using Pega Deployment Manager
  • Take ownership of moderately complex components and ensure high-quality, maintainable delivery
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance while leading specific workstreams or integration components

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform development within Agile environments
  • Experience with case management, workflow design, and UI configuration using Pega Constellation or Cosmos
  • Proficiency in building integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
  • Strong technical foundation in Java and object-oriented programming, with solid SQL knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency in spoken and written communication
