- Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, App/Dev Studio, Constellation/Cosmos UI, decisioning logic, rule resolution, and modular design
-Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, REST/JSON/SQL, data models, connectors, authentication profiles, RBAC/ABAC security, Tracer, PDC, logs, performance tuning, CI/CD, branching, deployment, and Pega Deployment Manager
Job description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, configure, and support scalable Pega Platform solutions using App Studio and Dev Studio, including case management, workflows, UI components, and decisioning logic
- Translate complex business requirements into technical designs aligned with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards
- Apply architecture best practices such as class hierarchy, rule resolution, and modular design to ensure scalability and reuse
- Implement and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP, along with handling data models, connectors, and authentication profiles
- Configure application security using RBAC and ABAC models and ensure compliance with data protection policies
- Troubleshoot complex issues using Tracer, PDC, and logs while optimizing applications for performance and stability
- Contribute to DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and deployments using Pega Deployment Manager
- Take ownership of moderately complex components and ensure high-quality, maintainable delivery
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance while leading specific workstreams or integration components
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform development within Agile environments
- Experience with case management, workflow design, and UI configuration using Pega Constellation or Cosmos
- Proficiency in building integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
- Strong technical foundation in Java and object-oriented programming, with solid SQL knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency in spoken and written communication
