About the job Mid/Senior Information Security Specialist
We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to support NIS2 and other Lithuanian regulatory compliance projects in both the private and public sectors. The role focuses on audit readiness, ARSIS-based risk assessments, and regulatory gap assessments against national laws and NCSC requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with NIS2, DORA, and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with Lithuanian cybersecurity legislation (e.g., Cybersecurity Law, Information Resources Management Law, and related regulations)
- Ability to interpret and apply national security/audit requirements in practice
- Experience with audit preparation and security controls implementation
- Strong collaboration skills, experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
- Fluent Lithuanian highly preferred
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security tools (Defender, Intune, Sentinel)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Language: Fluent Lithuanian preferred, English
Engagement: On-demand basis
B2B contract. Hourly rate: 35-45 EUR.
Recruitment process:

- Session with a Recruiter – You can also have the session with a recruiter. The questions are the same, but the discussion may be a bit less detailed, and feedback might take a little longer.
- Shortlisting: Qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager for review.
- Formal Interviews: On-site discussions with the hiring manager or project team, with feedback provided within 1-2 weeks.
- Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates receive a formal offer and begin a structured onboarding process.
