About the job Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll Developer (Test Management)
We are looking for an Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll Developer (Test Management) to support a potential client engagement starting around July 2026 and running through February 2027.
The role requires strong Oracle Fusion experience, ideally within Payroll, combined with hands-on test management capabilities. The consultant should be able to plan, coordinate, manage, and support testing activities across Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation or transformation workstreams.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably Oracle Fusion Payroll or Oracle Fusion HCM with Payroll exposure
- Proven expertise in test management for ERP, HCM, or Payroll implementation programs
- Experience defining and managing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test execution cycles
- Hands-on experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing, payroll parallel runs, and defect management
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, payroll validation, and payroll-related integrations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Location - Poland (primary), Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania (alternative) countries
Engagement Duration: 6-9 months + possibility to prolong
Workload: Full-time
Start Date: July
Rate: up to $30-40/hourly
Requirements
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll or strong Oracle Fusion HCM experience with payroll exposure
- Proven experience in test management for ERP / HCM / Payroll implementations
- Experience preparing test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and test status reports
- Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management
- Understanding of payroll processes, payroll cycles, payroll data, and payroll validation
- Ability to work with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate testing activities for Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Define and manage the overall test approach, test plan, test cycles, and test execution
- Work with business, functional, technical, and delivery teams to clarify testing scope and priorities
- Support preparation of test scenarios, test scripts, test data, and expected results
- Coordinate System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, regression testing, payroll parallel runs, and defect resolution
- Track test progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, assignment, and follow-up
- Ensure test evidence and documentation are properly maintained
- Support communication with client stakeholders and provide regular status updates
- Help validate payroll calculations, payroll processes, integrations, reports, and downstream outputs
