About the job Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365

Our client, Coca-Cola HBC, is looking for a Solution Architect to drive the evolution, stability, and performance of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. You will design end-to-end solutions across business, application, data, and integration layers while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Define architecture for D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and mobile applications.
  • Design integrations between D365, SAP, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with product teams, architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solution quality and consistency.
  • Maintain architecture documentation and solution artifacts following TOGAF principles.
  • Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Azure DevOps best practices.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and support continuous platform evolution.
  • Participate in technology evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Developer, or Technical Lead within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with D365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
  • Experience designing integrations with SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of TOGAF, SOA, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Strong technical background in:
    • Power Platform
    • Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Data Factory, Application Insights)
    • C#, .NET, JavaScript
    • HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Node.js
    • SQL and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or TOGAF certifications.
  • Experience in FMCG or other large-scale international organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Gross annual salary: €47,000 – €50,000 (12 salaries per year)

Working Model

  • Sofia-based candidates: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote per week
  • Candidates based outside Sofia: 100% remote within Bulgaria
