For our client we are looking for a Middle Salesforce Administrator in LATAM (excluding Mexico, Colombia and Chile); Poland and Bulgaria (working hours: 2pm - 10pm EET)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with strong security expertise to own the configuration, governance, and overall security posture of our Salesforce platform.

This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce operations while supporting business teams with automation, reporting, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce administrative expertise with a strong understanding of:

  • Data security

  • Access management

  • Compliance requirements

  • Secure system integrations

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Security & Governance

  • Own Salesforce security architecture and access control model

  • Design and enforce least-privilege access controls

  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and entitlement audits

  • Monitor login history, audit trails, and suspicious activities

  • Support SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, Okta, Azure AD, etc.)

  • Manage MFA enforcement and identity verification policies

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA as applicable)

  • Support data retention, backup, and recovery processes

  • Partner with IT Security and Compliance teams on risk assessments

Data & Integration Oversight

  • Maintain data integrity and quality controls

  • Support secure API integrations with internal and third-party systems

  • Assist in data migration and cleansing initiatives

  • Review and approve third-party AppExchange packages for security impact

IF YOU ARE

  • A Middle Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of experience and certifications in Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Sales Cloud

  • Skilled in managing custom objects, complex data relationships, and advanced field types

  • Proficient in configuring Lightning pages, validation rules, and process automation

  • Experienced in managing Salesforces security and sharing settings, including role hierarchies

  • Knowledgeable in designing and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Manage advanced Salesforce configurations and resolve system issues independently

  • Design intuitive user interfaces using Lightning App Builder and page layouts

  • Optimize and maintain system security through SSO, MFA, and advanced sharing settings

  • Create detailed documentation for configurations and train end-users effectively

  • Contribute to complex projects while collaborating with senior team members

Work Details:

  • Contract job (Freelance Contract).
  • Rate 15 - 19 USD per hour 
  • Full-time involvement (160-168hours)
  • Remote.
