About the job Senior Business Analyst
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You'll work closely with clients and development teams to define requirements, shape solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with clients to gather and clarify business needs and project objectives
- Collaborate with project teams to define and validate optimal technical and business solutions
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process descriptions, UML/BPMN diagrams, use cases, and user stories
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented
- Manage client expectations related to project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Support project scope management and analyze change requests
- Facilitate organizational change management activities and support user adoption of new solutions
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in software or information systems development
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio (or similar)
- Proven ability to translate business needs and discussions into clear, actionable development requirements
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in Lithuanian
- English language B2 level
- Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are considered an advantage
