About the job Senior Node.js Engineer
For our client, we are looking for a Senior Node.js Engineer to join a long-term US-based fintech project.
The ideal candidate:

5+ years of relevant IT industry experience, strong knowledge of ECMAScript.

4+ years of commercial experience with Node.js.
-
Hands-on experience with NestJS.
-
Experience working with AWS (Aurora RDS, Serverless, Cognito).
-
Experience with NoSQL & PostgreSQL databases.
-
Experience with CI automation and test cases.
-
English: Upper-intermediate or higher (direct client communication).
Would be a plus:

Experience with Plaid integration.

Experience with Google Cloud architecture.
What you will do:
-
Develop and maintain backend services for a fintech platform.
-
Work with AWS services, including serverless infrastructure.
-
Implement integrations and optimize existing systems.
-
Collaborate closely with the clients team (evening communication required).
-
Ensure code quality with automated tests and CI/CD practices.
Important note: This role requires evening communication with the US client (up to 22:00 - 23:00 Kyiv time). Its not every day, but such calls/tasks may occur.
