Operations /Products Manager

Job Description:

• Handle reservations, liaise with tour and hotel suppliers, and manage contracts.
• Customize holiday packages to meet client needs.
• Accurately book and operate tours within budget constraints.
• Manage and support the Product Coordinators team.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and negotiate with suppliers.
• Conduct product development and training.
• Stay updated on the latest travel regulations, trends, and best practices.
• Monitor bookings and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with Tour Guides, Sales, Reservations, and Customer Experience teams to enhance service.
• Resolve on-the-ground issues proactively within agreed processes
• Reserve and monitor bookings.
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or a degree in tourism and hospitality is preferred.
• Experience in a DMC or tour operator is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• An understanding and belief in Responsible Tourism is desirable.
