Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer orders, ensuring timely order fulfillment and meeting customer expectations.
  • Ensure that customer orders are confirmed and processed promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Proactively solve problems and communicate risks or delays to customers and internal teams when service levels or results are at risk.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Customer Service procedures to enhance efficiency.

Skills

  • Proven experience in international customer service.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, foreign trade, importation, customs documentation, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Advanced/native English level.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
