We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to ensure the efficient management of orders and the timely delivery of products to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer orders, ensuring timely order fulfillment and meeting customer expectations.
- Ensure that customer orders are confirmed and processed promptly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Proactively solve problems and communicate risks or delays to customers and internal teams when service levels or results are at risk.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Customer Service procedures to enhance efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in international customer service.
- Knowledge of sales processes, foreign trade, importation, customs documentation, supply chain, and logistics.
- Advanced/native English level.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
