Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication

- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them

- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

- Stay updated on industry developments and trends to effectively promote our services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment industry is a plus
