Outside Sales Representative – Plumbing / PVF
Location: Miami, Florida (Field-Based)
Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts within the Miami-Dade and surrounding markets. This role focuses on face-to-face selling, jobsite visits, relationship development, and expanding market share in plumbing and PVF products.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new contractor, commercial, industrial, and municipal accounts

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships

Conduct regular jobsite visits and customer meetings

Present and communicate the companys value proposition

Prepare project quotes and coordinate with inside sales for order processing

Identify and secure special-order opportunities

Negotiate pricing within company margin guidelines

Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Represent the company at trade events and industry functions
Qualifications
-
3+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing, PVF, or construction supply
-
Strong network within the Miami plumbing and contractor community preferred

Proven ability to prospect and close new business

Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
