Outside Sales Representative – Plumbing / PVF

Location: Miami, Florida (Field-Based)

Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts within the Miami-Dade and surrounding markets. This role focuses on face-to-face selling, jobsite visits, relationship development, and expanding market share in plumbing and PVF products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new contractor, commercial, industrial, and municipal accounts

  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships

  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and customer meetings

  • Present and communicate the companys value proposition

  • Prepare project quotes and coordinate with inside sales for order processing

  • Identify and secure special-order opportunities

  • Negotiate pricing within company margin guidelines

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Represent the company at trade events and industry functions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing, PVF, or construction supply

  • Strong network within the Miami plumbing and contractor community preferred

  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business

  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
