Position Summary

All In One Employment Services is hiring an Entry-Level Cell Phone Store Clerk for one of our retail clients in the wireless communications industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications.

The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, and eager to learn about cell phone products, accessories, and carrier plans while providing outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent in-store customer service

• Assist clients with phone purchases, upgrades, and plan activations

• Answer questions about devices, pricing, and promotions

• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Maintain organized product displays and restock inventory as needed

• Troubleshoot basic device and service issues under supervision

• Handle phone calls, appointments, and basic administrative tasks

• Support store operations and ensure a clean, professional environment

Qualifications

• No prior experience required training will be provided

• Strong interest in cell phones, technology, and customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
