ALL IN ONE Employment Services is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk to join our team in Miami, FL. As a Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform basic clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
- Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing documents and reports
- Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule
